Yes! When you begin your training you will be paired with with one of our DTH team members. They will meet with you virtually for your sessions through Zoom, FaceTime, Skype or the video streaming service you prefer.
Do I need exercise equipment?
No! Exercise equipment is not required for training. Our team is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. We can create workouts with nothing more than your body weight and items in your home. If you have equipment, we can definitely incorporate it. If you are interested or willing to purchase equipment, our coaches can help advise you on the best equipment to compliment your training.
How long will it take for me to see results?
Unfortunately, we are not fortune tellers! All jokes aside, it is very difficult to give a general answer on exact timing of results. Our coaches are all nationally accredited with years of experience. We also track your progress throughout your journey to be able to gain a better understanding of your body’s rate of progression. If you listen to the advice of your coach and give it everything you have during your workouts, results will come your way (unless there is a medical issue preventing progress.)
Can I change or stop my package at any time?
Our package terms are month to month, or more specifically, every 4 weeks. This means your next payment will be auto-billed to the card on file every 4 weeks. You can either cancel, or change your package at any time, and the effect will go into place by the next billing cycle.
