Your DTH Fitness Assessment

Medical/Orthopedic History
Safety is our number one concern always. We need to know your history to make sure we are taking a safe and effective approach to your training. Through a series of specific questions we can gain the knowledge necessary to safely approach your training program.
Lifestyle/Habit Analysis
Working out is an essential tool to reach your goals, however, you will spend much more time during the week not working out. Therefore, we need to understand your daily habits in order to ensure we are taking all necessary steps to hit your goals!
Nutrition Analysis
Working out is only half the battle. Your diet and nutrition can make or break your fitness results so we need to get a baseline of where you are in regards to current knowledge and practice.
Movement Assessment
Everyone's starting point is different when it comes to exercise. It all depends on your body's current abilities. Through our Functional Movement Screen we will instruct you through some exercise tests in which we will be able to determine your current fitness baselines such as mobility, flexibility, strength, conditioning, etc. ​
Goal Setting
This may be the most important part of your assessment. We want to understand not only what you want to achieve, but why you want to achieve it. Knowing your “why” puts us all on the same page. We are in this fight together and we will be right by your side with the same exact mission as you!​
